变形链球菌GbpB融合蛋白免疫SD大鼠实验研究

摘要 目的 研究变形链球菌GbpB融合蛋白免疫SD大鼠时 ,其所诱导的血清和唾液的特异性免疫反应。方法 用纯化的变形链球菌GbpB融合蛋白皮下免疫SD大鼠 ,免疫后间隔一定时间收集大鼠的血清及唾液 ,间接ELISA检测血清及唾液中特异性抗GbpB抗体。结果 GbpB融合蛋白免疫大鼠 ,可引起血清中IgG及唾液中IgA的显著提高。另外 ,GbpB融合蛋白免疫大鼠 ,3 8天采血 ,血清中抗GbpB抗体效价最高 ,以后逐渐降低。结论 变形链球菌GbpB融合蛋白具有免疫原性 ,可供研制防龋疫苗。 Aim To study the specific immune response in serum and salivary of SD rats induced by the fusion protein of Streptococcus mutans glucan binding protein-B.Methods Purified fusion protein of Streptococcus mutans glucan binding protein-B was used to immune SD rats by subcutaneous injection route. Serum and salivary were collected and were tested by ELISA.Results Immunization with GbpB fusion protein were able to induce statistically significant serum IgG antibody and salivary IgA antibody ( p < 0.01 ). In addition, the titer of anti-GbpB antibody in serum at the thirty-eighth day after the first immune was the highest. Conclusion The fusion protein of Streptococcus mutans glucan binding protein-B has the immunogenicity and is an effective candidate vaccine.
