摘要
目的 观察牙周韧带细胞在商用纯钛表面的附着特征。方法 MTT法分析牙周韧带细胞在商用纯钛表面的早期粘附 ,采用落射荧光观察细胞的粘附形态。结果 牙周韧带细胞在纯钛表面的早期粘附 2h达到饱和态 ,且呈现不同的粘附时相。细胞之间逐渐以丝状结构联接 ,丝状结构与钛片的打磨走向一致 ,最后融合成片。结论 牙周韧带细胞在纯钛表面的粘附具有规律性 。
Objective To observe the character of periodontal ligament cells attaching to the surface of commercially pure titanium (cpTi).Methods The attachment rate of PDLCs was analyzed by MTT and the morphology of PDLCs was observed by florescence microscope.Results PDLCs showed different attaching phase and reached saturation in cell number at the early stage. The cells were connected each orther by threadlike fibers and confluent layer was formed finally.Conclusions PDLCs show a regular pattern in the process of attaching to cpTi and the polarity of PDLCs was influenced by the surface treatment of cpTi.
