摘要
目的 探讨隐孢子虫病患者与机体细胞免疫功能的关系。方法 采用生物素 链霉亲和素 (Biotin Streptavidin,BSA)法对卵囊阳性患者分别进行外周血T细胞亚群、膜白介素 2受体 (mIL 2R)检测。结果 隐孢子虫卵囊阳性者的CD3+ 、CD4 + 、CD8+ 和CD4 + /CD8+ 阳性百分率分别为 (5 5 .87± 7.2 3) %、(39.2 6± 6 .4 3) %、(30 .0 4± 5 .6 7) %和 (1 .36± 0 .4 1 ) % ,诱导期mIL 2R表达水平为 (33.4 5± 2 .31 ) % ,两者分别与卵囊阴性者及静息期mIL 2R相比 ,差异有显著性 (P <0 .0 5~ 0 .0 1 )。结论 隐孢子虫病引起细胞免疫功能的变化 ,T细胞亚群、mIL
Objective To explore the relationship between the patient s infected by Cryptosporidium parvum and the change of cellular immune funct ion in their bodies. Methods Biotin Streptavidin (BSA) and ELISA w ere used to detect T subsets and membrane interleukin 2 receptor (mIL 2R) in p eripheral blood mononuclear cell (PBMC) of the patients infected by Cryptospor idium parvum respectively. Results The positive rates of CD3 +,CD4 +,CD8 + and CD4 +/CD8 + in the patients in whose stools Cry ptosporidium parvum oocyst was found were (55.87±7.23)%,(39.26±6.43)%,(30 .04±5.67)% and (1.36±0.41)% respectively , and the level of mIL 2R in induct ion period was (2.92±1.06)%. It could be concluded that the positive rates of CD3 +,CD4 +,CD8 + and CD4 +/CD8 + in the patients in whose stools Cryptos poridium parvum oocyst was found were significantly different from which i n the patients in whose stools Cryptosporidium parvum oocyst was not found( P <0.05-0.01). The level of mIL 2R in induction period was significantly differe nt from which in resting period ( P <0.05-0.01). Conclusions In the patients infected by Cryptosporidium parvum , cellular immune partic ipat e resisting the parasite , and T subsets and mIL 2R play an important role.
