摘要
目的 改良“即刻法”质控统计方法 ,并应用于抗 HIV抗体检测的质量监控。方法 采用ELISA法进行抗 HIV抗体检测。每次检测过程中均加入定值血清作为对照。按常规“即刻法”统计处理定值血清的S/CO值。同时采用“综合方法”统计处理定值血清的S/CO值 ,即舍弃累加测定值 x± 2s范围之外的数据后 ,再按常规“即刻法”统计处理定值血清的S/CO值。结果 常规“即刻法”处理数据 ,可能导致应为“在控”的数值被误判为“告警”状态。采用“综合方法”处理数据可纠正常规“即刻法”导致的误判。结论 对于监控抗 HIV抗体检测质量 ,“综合方法”优于常规“即刻法”。
Objective To modify the 'instant method' of quality con trol and apply it in the anti HIV antibody test. Methods Anti HIV antibody was examined by ELISA method. In each test the serum with known v alue was added as the control. The S/CO values of the control sera were calculat ed and analysed with 'instant method'.At the same time the S/CO values of the control sera were also calculated and ana lysed with 'complex method ', that i s , all data were analysed with 'instant method' except those beyond the range o f ±2s of measured values . Results The 'under control' data might be misjudged as 'alarm state' with 'instant method'. The 'complex me thod' could correct the error. Conclusion The 'complex method ' is better than 'instant method' for quality control during the anti HIV antibody test.
