软计算方法在自适应多速率话音激活检测中的应用研究

摘要 本文提出一种新的话音激活检测方法 ,该方法基于软计算理论 ,应用于 3GPP标准化的自适应多速率语音编码算法 .从剪音和噪声误判为语音概率两个方面分析其在不同背景噪声环境中的性能 ,仿真表明 :基于客观评价方法 ,这种新的话音激活检测算法比ITUG .72 A novel voice activity detection algorithm is put forward, which is based on soft computing theory, and is applied in adaptive multi-rate speech codec standardized by 3 GHP. The performance of this algorithm in varying background noise is analyzed in terms of probability of clipping and noise detected as speech. The simulation results indicate that the new algorithm is better than ITU G.729B according to objective evaluation method.
