目的 :比较研究L4～ 5、L5S1 椎间盘突出 (DH)的临床特点以提高临床诊断正确率。方法 :回顾性分析 32 1例腰DH病人的临床资料 ,对另 88例L4～ 5、 96例L5S1 DH病人进行详细临床检查并总结分析。结果 :与L4～ 5比较 ,L5S1 DH有以下特点 :鞍区感觉 (针刺、轻触、温度 )迟钝 ;括约肌功能减退 ;跪位踝反射减弱或消失 ;直腿抬高试验度数偏高 ;单足下蹲试验常是阳性等。结论 :根据L4～ 5及L5S1

Objective:To probe the characteristics appearances of L 4～5 and L 5S 1 disc herniation(DH).Methods:A retrospective study for 321 cases of lumbar disc herniation and a propective study for 96 cases of L 5S 1 DH,88 cases of L 4～5 DH.Results:Compared with L 4～5 ,the characteristics of L 5S 1 DH were high degree of straight leg raising test,dysesthesia sellae and leg (on pain,touching,temperature),decreased or disappeared ankle jerk on knee,positive squatting down test on one foot,etc.Conclusion:Based on the characteristics appearances of L 4～5 DH and L 5S 1 DH,it is helpful to locating diagnosis.
