射频消融治疗老年人快速性心律失常的临床观察

Clinical Study of the Old-aged Patients of TachyarrhythmiaTreated by Radiofrequency Ablation

目的 :探讨老年人快速性心律失常患者射频消融 (RFCA)治疗的特点。方法 :采用常规电生理检查及射频消融方法 ,老年组 (n =5 2 )室上性心动过速的RFCA与同期非老年组 (n =4 86 )的进行比较。结果 :两组成功率相似 (96 1%比 97 7% ) ,老年组复发率、手术时间、房室传导阻滞明显高于非老年组 (4%比 1 2 6 % ,2 ,3h比 1 8h ,9%比 1 5 % ,P <0 0 5 )。结论 :RFCA对老年人室上性心动过速患者的治疗效果是好的 。

Objective:To evaluate the characteristics of the old aged patients of tachyarrhythmia treated by radiofrequency ablation(RFCA).Methods:The electrophysiologic technique and radiofrequency ablation were used.The RFCA of supraventricular tachycardia in old aged group( n =52) was compared with that of non old aged group( n =486).Results:There was no difference in a success rate between the old aged group and non old aged group.The recurrent rate,procedure time and AVB in old aged group were significantly higher than those of mon old aged group.Conclusion:The RFCA in the treatment of the old aged patients of superventricular tachycardia is available.
