镧化物改性超细碳酸钙对聚丙烯的增韧研究

摘要 采用水溶性镧化物 (La3 + )对超细碳酸钙 (UCaCO3 )进行表面改性 ,制得表面覆盖了镧化物分子层的U CaCO3 微粉 (UCaCO3 La3 + )。用酯类有机小分子化合物 (ES)对其表面进行再处理 ,以机械热炼法制成了PP/UCaCO3 La3 + ES复合材料。用差热扫描 (DSC)和扫描电镜 (SEM )分别对结晶性能和冲击断面形貌进行了分析。结果表明 :UCaCO3 La3 + 可显著提高复合材料的结晶温度 (Tc) ,并改善了PP的冲击性能 ,PP冲击强度提高 3倍以上。 Surface modification of ultra-fine calcium carbonate(UCaCO 3) particle was made by using water soluble compound lanthanum(La 3+ ), resulted in UCaCO 3 particles, which were covered with film of La 3+ . The particle surface was treated with organic ester of small molecular weight, and then the obtained product was blended with PP by hot-mechanical method to prepare PP/UCaCO 3-La 3+ -ES composite. The impact property of the composite was investigated, and the crystallization property and surface morphology of the impact fracture were analyzed by means of DSC and SEM respectively. The results showed that the crystallization temperature and impact property of the composite were improved remarkably.
