注射模具中圆形截面型芯偏移的研究

在全面分析注射模具中圆形型芯的受力情况和几何形状对其弯曲变形和偏移的影响的基础上 ,推导出了不同情况下的最大弯曲变形和偏移量计算公式 ,为准确分析型芯的弯曲变形、偏移对塑料制品的影响和正确合理选择浇口的形式、位置提供了理论依据。

In this thesis the formulas of the maximum bend-deformation and offset in different situations are given, which are based on the all-around analysis of the influence of strength and geometry shape to the bend-deformation and offset, and provides theory basis for analyzing the influence of bend-deformation and offset to the plastics products accurately. At the same time the theory basis for selecting rightly the form and location of runner is also provided.
