螨脱敏疗法在儿童哮喘防治中的作用

Efficiency of the mite desensitization solution to asthmatic children

目的 观察舌下含服螨脱敏疗法在儿童哮喘防治中的辅助治疗作用。方法 将 6 8例哮喘儿童随意分为 3组 ,单纯舌下含服螨脱敏治疗组、舌下含服螨脱敏治疗 +吸入皮质激素组及单纯吸入皮质激素组 ,对上述患儿进行 12个月的临床观察 ,判定临床疗效 ,对肺功能最大呼气流量 (PEF)及螨过敏原皮肤点刺试验进行前后对比。结果3组患儿中 ,以舌下含服螨脱敏治疗 +吸入皮质激素组疗效最佳 ,与其他两组比较 ,差异有显著性意义 (P <0 .0 5 )。

Objective To evaluate the efficiency of the sublingual mite desensitization solution to asthmatic children.Methods Sixty eight asthmatic children were divided into three groups: Group 1 asthmatic children underwent only a sublingual mite desensitization solution to asthma. Group 2 asthmatic children were given a sublingual mite desensitization and an inhaled corticoid to asthma. Group 3 asthmatic children were just given an inhaled corticoid to asthma. All patients underwent an allergological, clinical and lung functional evaluation for 12 months.Results It showed a significant improvement of symptoms' scores after treatment in the Group 2 as compared with the other two groups(P< 0.05 ). Conclusion The sublingual mite desensitization as an assistant therapy of an inhaled corticoid is a safe therapeutic method to asthmatic children.
