摘要
在对铁矿石同化性、液相流动性、铁酸钙生成特性及粘结相强度等烧结基础特性进行研究的基础上,采用正交试验法,确定了低成本、高强度、高还原性、高品位和低燃耗的合理烧结原料结构。
On the basis of researching the sintering basic characteristics such as the assimilability of the iron ore, the liquid phase fluidity, the producing characteristics of the monocalcium ferrite and the strength of the binding phase, the appropriate raw materials and their proportions are selected,adopting orthogonal test of sinter pot, the reasonable raw material structure of low cost, high strength, high reducibility, high grade and low solid fuel consumption is determined.
