摘要
合金钢连铸自动配水系统由现场一次仪表、PLC控制机构、执行机构和上位机4部分组成,系统根据配水模型对水量进行控制。生产实践表明,该系统自动化程度高,运行稳定可靠,控制精度高,水量的控制误差不到1%。
The automatic distributing system in the alloysteel continuous casting consists of field primary instruments, PLC controlling mechanism, operating mechanism and host computers. And the system controls the water flow on the basis of distributing model. Production practices show that this system has high automatic extent and controlling precision, is steady and reliable in operation and the controlling error of water flow is less than 1%.
