摘要
本次试验采用的TCYJ添加剂是含微量稀土元素的一种催化助燃剂。试验证明 :烧结生产使用添剂后 ,固体燃耗降低 15 %左右 ,烧结矿质量提高 ,还原性能变好 ,准粉末 (5～ 10mm)部分下降了 4 6个百分点 ,转鼓强度 (>5mm)提高了 0 19%。
The TCYJ additive is a kind of firing catalyst which contain trace rare-earth element The results of the test show that with adding this additive,the sintering solid fuel consumption was decreased by about 15%,the sinter quality was improved,the reduction property was modified,the quasi-fine(5～ 10?mm) was decreased by 4 6 percent,and the tumbler strength(>5?mm) was increased by 0 19%.
