摘要
对金山店铁矿弱磁精矿用武科大自行设计的磁聚机进行磁团聚重选 ,精矿品位可以提高到 68 15 % ,只配用常规的膨润土粘结剂便可得到铁品位高于 65 %的氧化球团矿 ;若配合使用武科大研制的WKD型粘结剂 ,铁品位提高更多 ,达到 67 41%。
With the magnetic flocculation flow sheets,the iron concentrate was purified by the magnetic flocculation machine that was designed by WUST,and the total iron content reached 68 15 percent Using the high content iron concentrate and the binder of bentonite,the high iron pellet (total iron content more than 65 percent) could be made,and if using the new binder of WKD made by WUST,the total iron content of pellet could amount to 67 41 percent
