摘要
本文介绍了水冶钢铁公司为了提高球团矿品位 ,提高炼铁经济效益 ,通过球团工艺技术攻关 ,试用钠基改性膨润土来降低球团用膨润土配比的实践。最终实现了膨润土配加量的降低 ,提高了球团矿品位 ,增加了水铁经济效益。
The practice of decreasing bentonite addition rate through solving pelltizing process bottle neck problems and using activated sodium bentonite conducted by SHUITIE was presented in this paper As a result,the bentonite addition rate was decreased,amd pellete grade and SHUITIE economic benefit were increased
