预磷化的镀锌钢板涂装中 ,因镀锌层磷化和加工成型时产生的问题 ,使涂层产生条影、针孔、粗糙等缺陷。为克服这些缺陷 。

Because of the problems of phosphating layer and after fabrication during the finishing on pre-phosphating of galvanized steel sheet, some defects, such as pin holes, roughness and stripping will happen on the coatings film. In order to eliminate these defects , some improvement measures for the galvanized steel sheet are suggested.
