气柜是储存、回收炼油厂低压瓦斯和调节瓦斯管网压力的重要设施,也是炼油厂重要的环保设施,在炼油厂低压瓦斯的平衡中起着重要作用。鉴于干式气柜在炼油企业的应用尚不十分广泛,目前仍无成文的检维修规程和行业规范可循。本文仅从干式气柜调试投用、运行管理、发现问题及处理措施等方面进行了相关技术管理分析。

The gasholder is an important facility for storage,recovery of the low pressure refinery gas and for pressure regulation of the gas network,for the environment protection,it plays important role for the balance of the low pressure refinery gas. The dry gasholders are not popular used in refineries,and these is no maintenance instruction and ministry specification to follow. The article narrated the technical management analysis in respect of commissioning,starting up,operation,trouble shooting,treatment measure.
