摘要
介绍了XML作为一种简单、灵活并且高效的语言，能够在程序与用户及程序之间实现数据转换、消息传递与控制。因此，在基于WebGIS的体系框架下提出了面向多类型终端用户的空间信息发布系统的体系结构，并应用MVC模型建立了以XML技术为核心，实现Web应用服务层数据转换的模型。
This paper introduces XML(Extensible Markup Language)as a simple, flexible, and powerful way for computer to exchange metadata and control information, not only with humans, but also with each others. So, under the frames based on WebGIS, it proposes the system frame for space information publishing faced to multi-ender users , and sets up a model realizing Web application service-tier exchanging based on XML.
