本文根据辽河流域的洪水特点和防洪工程布局,对流域内的主要水系西辽河、东辽河、辽干、浑河、太子河和大辽河设计洪水出路进行了合理安排,同时,简要介绍了超标准洪水的防御对策。

The paper discusses the arrangement of flood way out of West liaohe river, East liaohe river, main stream of Liaohe river, Hunhe river, Taizihe river and Daliaohe river on the basis of flood character and layout of flood control projects in Liaohe river basin. The countermeasure of flood over standard is introduced at the same time.
