骨形成蛋白诱导成骨信号转导机制研究进展 被引量:4

摘要 骨形成蛋白具有明确的诱导成骨能力,对其诱导成骨作用的细胞和分子机制也有了深入的研究。骨形成蛋白信号首先通过靶细胞表面的受体,经Smads蛋白介导,传导至细胞核内,在Cbfal等辅助调节因子的作用下,启动成骨基因的表达。本文就骨形成蛋白诱导成骨信号转导机制的研究进展作一综述。
