釉基质丝氨酸蛋白酶的结构及生理病理学意义 被引量:1

摘要 釉基质丝氨酸蛋白酶在釉质发育的转换期和成熟早期大量表达,有序地水解釉基质蛋白,促进釉质晶体生长和釉质矿化。如果其功能障碍,就会导致釉质发育不全。本文就釉基质丝氨酸蛋白酶的结构、生理活性、表达调控及病理意义等研究现状和进展进行综述。
