摘要
指出DF4型机车齿轮箱窜、漏油脂的主要原因是牵引齿轮箱的密封结构存在着固有缺陷,其次是组装、检修和外购件质量方面的原因。介绍了所采取的相应解决措施。
The main reason for the grease leakage and carrying over of the tractive driving gear boxes of DF 4 diesel locomotives is their inherent disadvantages in seal structure.Then,the assembly,the maintenance and the quality of the non own made components are also the influential factors.This paper promotes the countermeasures to solve this problem.
