摘要
文中阐述一种关于弯曲振动模式的石英音叉温度传感器的新型设计方案 ,该传感器用新的切型ZY(110°/10°)进行设计的弯曲振动模式的传感器优于其它切型 ,并对提高传感器的和减少环境等效电阻进行理论分析。采用可变结构方式调制传感器精确频率 。
A new method for designed a quartz tuning-fork temperature sensor was expressed.This type of sensor designed with a new cut ZY(110°/10°) was proved that working at flexural vibration mode was better than at the others.The way for raising SNR and reducing equivalent resistor of the sensor were analyzed in theory.A change building way has been carried out to form and adjust the precise frequency,which could improve sensitivity and reduce non-linearity.
