摘要
通过研究分析目前涡流成像技术现状 ,设计了一种新的有效地成像系统 ,该系统从信号采集处理电路及图像处理两个方面进行了研究和设计 ,充分利用涡流传感器的灵敏性和数字化信号处理器的高效快速的特点 ,有效地实现了二维信号的提取 ,达到实时成像的目的 ,在与计算机通信方面采用了Intel82 5 30芯片 ,解决了计算机与高速数字信号处理器的接口技术问题。该技术的图像显示及分析软件是基于Windows2 0 0 0 /WindowsNT平台采用VC ++语言编写的 ,具有界面友好 ,操作简单 。
A new and effective imaging system was designed in this paper by studying and analyzing the present eddy-imaging technologies.Through studying and designing the circuit of signal disposal and image-disposal,and making full use of the sensitivity of eddy sensor and the high signal disposal speed of digital signal processor,the aim of extract of two dimesion signal and real imaging was obtained.Intel82530 chip was used in the communication between computer and ADSP21060.The software for signal sampling and image processing and analyzing based on the Windows2000 or Windows NT platform is designed with friendly interface and simple operation.It uses the programming language of VC++ for image processing.
