摘要
根据实地调查资料和有关文献,作者论述了1991年太湖地区特大洪涝灾害的成因,比较了1991年与1954年受灾范围,总结了治水经验,并提出了有益的防洪建议。
According to the field investigation and relevant literature, the author attempts to shed light on the cause of the extremely heavy floods occurring in Taihu Lake region in 1991,compares the flood-hit areas of 1954 with those of 1991, summarizes the experience of controlling flood water and presents some useful proposals.
