女性精神病患者自杀与月经的关系

The relationship between female psychotic suicide and their menstruation

目的了解女性精神病患者自杀与月经的关系。方法采用自制一般资料调查表、护士观察量表 ,对 6 2例有自杀观念或自杀行为的女性精神病住院患者进行调查。结果自杀企图发生在月经前 5天者 4 0 32 % ,月经前 5～ 7天者 1 2 90 % ,发生在经期 (第 1～ 5天 ) 2 9 0 3% ,经后 1～ 7天 1 4 5 2 % ,经后 7～ 1 9天 3 2 3% (% ) ;来月经前 5～ 7天、经期、月经过后 5～ 7天这一时期与经后 7～ 1 9天这一时期相比较 ,护士观察量表中总消极因素、总积极因素及 7个因子中有 5个因子分 ,差异有显著性意义。结论女性精神病患者自杀企图及精神病症状的反复与月经周期有密切关系。

Objective To study the relationship between female psychotic suicide and their menstruation.Method 62 female psychotic patients who had suicidal idea or behavior were investigated by Nurses Observation Scale for Inpatients Evaluation(NOSIE) and the general information questionnaires which was made by myself.Results 40.32% of the patients had suicidal attempt at 5 day before menstrual period,12.90% during 5 to 7 day before menstrual period,29.03% during 1 to 5 day of menstrual period,14.52% during 1 to 7 day after menstrual period and 3.23% during 7 to 19 day.In NOSIE,scores of total negative factors,total positive factors and 5 of 7 factors of the patients who were tested during 5 to 7 day before menstrual period,menstrual period,and during 1 to 7 day after menstrual period respectively,were obviously different to that of theywere tested during 7 to 19 day.Conclusion Female psychotic suicide and recurrent psychotic symptoms were related to their menstruation period,so the nursing schedule should be modified based on the trait.
