为及时发现海上采油平台出现的一些问题 ,需要1套图像监控系统 ,保证及时发现平台出现的问题 ,避免事故的发生。该系统主要是通过编解码器将现场摄像机拍摄到的图像压缩后 ,再通过扩频微波传输至中心平台 ,在中心平台解码 ,通过工控机和监视器在中心平台实现对现场的监控。

To discover the problems appeared at the sea oil platform in time,that needs an image supervision and control system,avoiding the occurrence of the trouble.The system is primarily used for passing image information that takes from the pickup camera and has been compressed by coder.The compressed image information is passed to center platform by the spread spectrum microwave,then is decoded in center platform for supervision and control to the spot through the industrial computer and the monitor.
