摘要 介绍了烟草在线异物剔除系统的结构和工作原理 ,分析了系统设计中的两个关键问题 :烟草异物的准确识别以及系统实时性的实现 ,提出了一种增强烟草异物色度差的方法并讨论了它的优缺点。利用图像开发库 (MIL_LITE 7.0 )实现了内存的直接操作 ,并结合双缓存技术实现了系统的实时性。 Structure and working principle of tobacco online foreign material removing system are introduced.The two pivotal problems:identify foreign material from tobacco precisely and realization of real time performance of the system are analyzed.A method of enhancing color difference between tobacco and foreign material is advanced,then the advantage and disadvantage of this method are discussed.Direct operating on EMS memory are achieved by using image develop library(MIL_LITE 7.0),combining this to bibuffer technique,the real time performance of the system is achieved.
