2 0世纪 6 0年代国际形势的基本特点是 :大动荡、大分化、大改组。在这一复杂的国际局势中 ,有着相似经历的中、南两国 ,依据不同的外交理念 ,分别采取了“不结盟”和“两个拳头打人”的外交政策。由于它们在战略重点和策略风格上存在着明显的差异 ,因此 ,在国际舞台上和国内建设中发挥了不同的作用 ,产生了不同的影响。

The international situation in the 1960s experienced upheavals breakup of different blocs and reorganization of some powers on an unusual scale. In this complicated situation, china and Yugoslavia, Which are similar in their proletarian revolutionary history, adopted different foreign Policies in accordance with their respective diplomacy ideology. Yugoslavia launched the Non alignment movement while China opposed both the Soviet Union and the United States of America as reactionary imperialist nations. Although the two are both Non alignment countries, their respective foreign policies took different effect on national construction and had different influence on international relations.
