摘要
本文叙述了陕甘宁边区人权法律产生的背景 ,阐明了陕甘宁边区人权的法律概念 ,概括了陕甘宁边区保障人权的重大措施 。
The present paper summarizes the social context of the promulgation,implementation and the legal significance of the acts of human rights in the Communist areas of Shaanxi,Gansu,and Ningxia during the warring 1930s and 1940s.
