摘要
为适应碾压混凝土筑坝浇筑环境高、浇筑强度大、不间断施工等要求,缓凝高效减水剂已成为碾压混凝土工程施工中必不可少的一组分。本文就缓凝高效减水剂对RCC的工作度(VC值)、含气量、凝结时间、强度性能、弹性模量及极限拉伸性能、耐久性能、热学性能、自生体积变形、抗裂性能的影响进行研究分析,指出了缓凝高效减水剂在碾压混凝土中应用的优势及存在的问题,并就与引气剂复合使用的效果进行了讨论。研究工作为碾压混凝土工程优选缓凝高效减水剂品种及配合比优化设计提供重要参考依据。
To fit with the needs which RCC dam's construction in the conditions of ambient temperature is very high,and the intensity of placement is very heavy,studied no breaking construction etc,setretarding and superplasticizer has been become a essential component.The article studied the setretarding and superplasticizer how to influence RCC performance,such as value of VC,aircontent,set time,strength,modulus of elastic compression,the property of ultimate elongation,durability,thermal property,autogenous volume deformation,and crack resistance of RCC.We got the advantages and disadvantages of using setretarding and superplasticizer in RCC,and discussed the effect when using air entraining admixture at the same time.The results of studies will provide important reference basis for seeking optimum brands and majorizing mixpreparation of RCC projects.
