激光切割机取代大型平板绘图仪可行性分析

Feasibility analysis of replacing the plate-plotting instrument by the laser cutting machine

针对大型平板绘图仪在绘制船体线型、样板、样箱制作中存在的问题 ,提出用激光切割机取代大型平板绘图仪 ,直接进行样板、样箱的制作 ,代替了人工操作 ,提高了样板、样箱的制造精度 。

Some problems exist in plotting the hull molded lines by the large scale plate plotting instrument, so as to make the mould and mockup. The authors managed to replace the plate plotting instrument by the laser cutting machine in order to make the mould and mockup directly. By this means, the production precision could be raised and the construction period could be shortened.
