摘要
本文从简单并联逆变桥的基本工作波形入手建立其数学模型,得出了以晶闸管关断时间t_(off(n))为反馈信号,换相周期T(n)为输出的多模态比例积分调节器.在此基础上研制成一套专用晶闸管中频电源微机控制系统.长期的现场运行表明,这一控制系统大大提高了电源的可靠性及中频电源产品质量.
By constructing a mathematical model of a simple shunt inverter on the base of its basic working waves, this paper presents a multimode PI adjuster which uses the turnning-off time as a feedback signal and the cycle T(n) of phase change as an output. And then a set of microcomputer controlled system based on the mathematical model and the MM-PI adjuster is developed for the thyristor medium-frequency power supply. A long field running of the medium-frequency power supply shows that the control system presented in this paper greatly improves its stability and quality.
