Entropy and Component Properties of Mixed Traffic

本文根据理论研究与实测资料分析,提出用熵特性表征混合交通的组成性能,导出了计算交通熵的实用公式.通过35条干线公路资料回归分析,表明混合交通量、平均车速与熵之间具有较好的相关性.应用交通熵评价和处理混合交通中的许多实际问题,具有明显的可比性、实用性和有效性.

Based on the theoretical research and field observation, this paper proposes to use entropy to express the component properties in the mixed traffic. The practical formula for calculating the traffic entropy is obtained. Through the regression analysis of the data obtained from 35 sections of arterial highways, we find that there exists better correlation among the traffic volume, the mean speed and the traffic entropy. The application of the traffic entropy to evaluating and dealing with practical problems in the mixed traffic is obviously comparable, practical and effective.
