摘要
针对竹帘胶合板结构及其生产工艺中存在的问题,提出了全方位利用竹材资源和竹材高效加工利用的方法,总结了改进产品结构、降低板材密度、改进工艺技术、研制专用设备等方面的科技创新成果,指出了加强产品应用研究,扩大产品应用领域的重要性。通过全面系统的科技创新,使竹帘胶合板转型为中密度径向竹篾帘复合板系列产品,从而使这一具有中国特色的建筑模板品种增强其市场竞争力。
In view of problems that exist in structure of bamboo-curtain plywood and its productive technology, methods for utilizing bamboo resources thoroughly and high-efficiency machining and utilization of bamboo are proposed,and results of scientific innovations with respect to optimizing product structure, reducing board density, improving technology and developing special equipment, etcare summarized. A comprehensive program of systematical scientific innovations are being implemented to transform bamboo curtain plywood into a series of medium density and radial bamboo strip curtain composite board, thus strengthening the market competitiveness of this kind of architectural form that possesses Chinese characteristic.
