关于我国高中阶段教育发展策略的若干思考

Considerations about the Development Strategy of Senior Secondary Education in China

党的十六大提出了 2 0 2 0年基本普及高中阶段教育的战略目标。为实现这一目标 ,就要妥善处理好发展高中阶段教育与普及、巩固和提高义务教育水平的关系 ,扩大优质高中阶段教育资源与推进区域内教育均衡发展的关系 ,政府办学与鼓励社会多方参与、积极发展民办高中的关系 ,发展普通高中教育与发展中等职业教育的关系 ,有效化解发展高中阶段教育的诸多矛盾 ,切实保证我国高中阶段教育持续的。

At its 16th National Congress, the Central Committee of CPC put forward the strategic goal of popularizing senior secondary education in China by 2020. To realize this goal, a good job must be done to properly handle the relations between the development of senior secondary education and the popularization, consolidation and improvement of compulsory education; between the expansion of quality resources for senior secondary education and the promotion to the development of balanced development of regional education; between the government's sponsorship of senior secondary education and the encouragement to the social sectors for running community run senior secondary schools, and between the development of general senior secondary education and the expansion of secondary vocational education. Only by solving the problems and contradictions in the development of senior secondary education can it be possible to guarantee the sustainable, steady and healthy development of senior secondary education in China.
