多级脉管制冷机的最新研究进展

摘要 介绍了最近几年来多级脉管制冷机 ,特别是液氦温区脉管制冷机研究与应用的进展情况 ,讨论了目前限制多级脉管制冷机应用的主要问题 ,同时指出了多级脉管制冷机的主要发展方向。 There are many advantages of multistage pulse tube coolers over G-M and Solvay coolers associated with the absence of moving parts in the cold head. This paper reviews the recent advances in multistage pulse tube coolers and their application for cooling superconducting magnet, Josephson voltage standard, helium condensation, low vibration cryostat and so on. Efficiencies have been improved considerably in the last few years, although still a little lower than those of G-M coolers at the same temperature regions. The problems, which limit the further applications of the multistage pulse tube refrigerator, are also discussed.
