摘要
等温淬火球铁(ADI)可以获得强度、韧性与耐磨性的很好配合.本文给出了应用ADI代替20Cr Mn Ti渗碳钢制造手扶拖拉机变速箱齿轮的试验结果.结果表明,ADl齿轮具有很好的服役性能,且能大幅度降低成本.
The remarkable combination of strength,ductility and wear resistance can be obtained in austempered ductile irons (ADI). In this paper,the experimental resuits at the application of ADI for gears in walking tractor's gear box to replace 20CrMnTi carburized steel are reported.It is shown that the ADI gear can have good service properties,and the significant cost savings be realized.
