摘要
对CCD薄板激光拼焊前间隙检测系统进行了研究,并进行了具体的软硬件设计,该系统克服了以前薄板激光拼焊前间隙控制效率低、实时性差的缺点,在薄板激光拼焊工业应用中具有广泛的应用前景,使薄板拼焊逐渐向自动化、柔性化方向发展。
This paper discusses the research of the CCD testing and measurement system used in laser welded sheet metals and designs the corresponding hardware and software.This design surmounts the disadvantage of the gap control for the laser welding sheet metals,and has the broad application in laser welding technology.It develops the sheet metals welding technology to automatization and flexibility.
