摘要
把多学科理论引入具体的投篮技术练习中 ,论述了在运动技术形成的三个阶段仅用常规训练方法是不能取得预期训练目的的 ;在实际的训练过程中 ,还必须借助多学科理论基础、符合创新教育目标的新方法 ,从提高练习者练习兴趣。
On the basis of the introduction of multi subject theories into relevant specific training practice, this article is to prove that, in order to realize anticipated training goals, not only the methods of common training should be used in the three stages of the formation of sports skills of basketball, but also the new ways of innovative education based on multi subject theories should be used to improve trainees, interests in protecting their action motive of actual practice
