关于师范院校体育系师资人才素质构成因素的探讨

Forming-factor of P E Teachers' Talent Quality in Current Century

本文通过对全国 12所师范院校体育系 15 8名副高以上职称的专家进行“师德、教学能力、科研能力、治学能力、教学水平”等 2 6项构成师范院校体育系专业体育师资的相关因素作了问卷调查 ,从中选出 2 1项有效因素排列分析认为 :专业体育教师必须具备优良的道德品质以增强基础素质 ;必须具备良好的专业和综合素质以胜任本职工作 ;必须具备全面的身体素质以作为培养后备人才的保证。

A survey has been made among 158 experts with a title of vice or above in P E department of 12 teachers training colleges nationwide The survey is about 26 factors such as the profession morality,ability of teaching,rearch,and standard of teaching,which are concerned to form the teachers'qualifications in the P E department The arranged analysis of the 21effective factors show that the professional P E,teachers are obliged to have the excellent morality to promote the basic quality,the excellent professional and synthetical quality to qualify the task,the full physical quality as a quarantee to train successive talents
