摘要
原外研社印刷厂为 3层 ,经改造和加两层后与其旁边新建的外研社大厦连成一体 ,成为其配楼。在没有加固地基基础的情况下 ,通过减轻建筑物自重和利用原有地基基础和上部结构的承载力潜力 ,在较短的时间内完成了工程的设计和施工 。
The original FLTRP Priting House had three stories.An overhead corridor connects the renovated building with two additional stories to the FLTRP Tower.By making good use of the potential bearing capacity of the original structure and foundation,and employing various means to decrease the weight of the building,the reconstruction project was completed in a short time with the desired object.
