摘要
工程实例表明 ,对墙下条形基础加固可灵活地安排静压桩的施工顺序 ,静压短桩 (桩长≤ 1 0m)的承载力可采用可靠的压桩力除以 1 5的系数得出。依据工程经验提出了墙下条形基础改成桩基础承台设计方案与静压桩静压力的施加方案。在砌体危房加固工程中 ,当软弱地基上墙下条形基础沉降过大时 。
On strengthening of strip foundations beneath bearing brick wall,it is pointed out that the order of construction of static pile is arranged freely,and that bearing capacity of static short pile is the equal of the reliable static pressure of pile which is divided by the coefficient 1 5.Design schemes of converting strip foundations beneath bearing wall into pile caps,and techniques of application of static pressure of static pile are proposed,which the technique of static pile modified on strengthening of strip foundation beneath bearing wall in dangerous masonry buildings should be adopted first of all when the settlement of bearing walls strip foundation on soft ground base is too much.
