Summarization and Revelation of Entrepreneur Theory

笔者在对企业家的起源、性质、产生过程、职能和行为、素质和人力资本等方面进行综述的基础上,就我国企业家的现状和存在问题进行了分析,并从宏现和微观两个方面提出了建议。

Based on the summarization of entrepreneur' s origin, nature, formative process, function, behavior, quality, and human capital, this article analyzes the actuality and problems of Chinese entrepreneurs, and gives some suggestion both from macroscopic and microscopic circumstances .
