摘要
针对经营性城市基础设施市场化进程缓慢的现状,本文根据城市基础设施的特点和市场化运作的可行性,提出加快推进其市场化、产业化步伐应作的几项工作,进而盘活城市存量资产,更好地经营和管理城市资产。
According to the slow pace of marketing the basic establishment of the market - oriented city, the article proposed several works that can quicken the step towards marketing and industrialization based on the feasibility of the marketing and feature of basic establishment. The city assets become more alive.
