摘要
当前出现的国有企业职工下岗的现象,是我国经济发展中必然要经历的一个历史过程。本文在对国有企业职工下岗的基本状况实证分析的基础上,提出积极促进再就业的措施。
The unemployment in the state - owned enterprises has become common economic phenomenon. In China, which has constituted a hard nut to crack during the course of reform and development. On the basis of investigating these people's situation, the author put forward the basic strategies to solving the problem.
