高校学报作为报道本校科研成果的学术期刊,具有很强的内向性,这种内向性阻碍了高校学报向更高的水平发展。作为学报的编辑主体,学报编辑应在增强能力和素质培养,使学报走出困境,适应激烈竞争市场的要求。
As an academic journal to report the productions ot scientific research of its own school, transaction is strong introversion that prevents itself from developing to high level. As the key of transaction, editors should improve their ability and quality to lead the transaction out of difficulty to meet the demand of the competitive market.
