WTO and Constructing Political Civilization With Chinese Character

中国加入WTO后的最大挑战是对中国政府的挑战。因此要推进21世纪中国的政治文明建设,必须处理好国际惯例与中国特色的关系。全球化背景下对政治文明的概念解析与定位是我们思考问题的前提,应分别从政治制度文明建设、政治意识文明建设、政治行为文明建设三方面着手,相互促进,从而形成良性互动;同时必须处理好五大关系,从而促进新世纪建设有中国特色的社会主义政治文明在预期的理性轨道上不断前进。

The greatest challenge after China's entry into the WTO is to Chinese government. Therefore, it is better to deal with the relation between international convention and Chinese character to advance the construction of political civilization in the 21st century. The premise for us to think about issues is the analysis of the concept of political civilization in condition of globalization. So we should start from the construction of the civilization of political system, political consciousness and political behavior to assure that China' s political civilization will advance smoothly in rational trace.
