基于SNMP的校园网网络性能管理系统的实现

Realization of campus network NPMS based on SNMP

用Java语言实现了基于Web方式的校园网网络性能管理系统。SNMP(SimpleNetworkManagementProtocol)服务模块采用SNMP在后台实时采集并处理数据。为了更加快速地查询实时及历史数据以及更加快速地以图形的方式显示流量信息,在WebServer端采用JavaServlet在后台定时地从数据库服务器存取数据并动态地生成图像文件,而前台只是显示该静态图片并定时刷新页面,这样网络管理员可不受地理位置的限制更快速、直观地了解网络运行情况。

A campus NPMS(Network Performance Management System) based on web is r ealized by Java language. SNMP(Simple Network Management Protocol) server mod ule introduces SNMP to collect and process the data in the background, later deposi ts date to database and fetches data from database. In order to query data and s how the flow information faster by graphics,the powerful and fast ability of Ja va servlet in data processing is used. In web server, Java servlet fetches data from database server in background real time and create image file dynamic. Whil e foreground only shows the static image and refresh the web page. So network ad ministrator can know the status of network running faster and more directly, whi le not be confined by the geography position.
