140例面部深Ⅱ度烧伤临床治疗报告

Clinical research on the treatment of 140 cases of facial deep second degree burn wounds

目的:比较湿润烧伤膏(MEBO)与磺胺嘧啶银(SD-Ag)对深II度面部烧伤的疗效。方法:选择140例面部深Ⅱ度新鲜烧伤病例,随机分为两组,其中70例创面采用MEBO治疗(治疗组),70例采用10%SD-Ag混悬液治疗(对照组),观察两组止痛效果、创面愈合时间及瘢痕发生率。结果:治疗组患者痛苦轻,止痛效果好(P<0.01):创面愈合快(22.0±4.6/24.4±6.6天,P<0.05):瘢痕发生率低(20%/80%,P<0.01)。结论:面部深Ⅱ度烧伤选用MEBO治疗明显优于磺胺嘧啶银。

Objective: To compare the efficacy of MEBO with SD-Ag Cream in treating facial deep 2nd degreeburn wounds. Method: 140 cases of facial deep 2nd degree burn were divided randomly into 2 groups and were treatedrespectively with MEBO and SD-Ag Cream. Comparisons were made between the 2 groups in terms of pain stopping effect,wound healing time and scar formation rate. Results: In MEBO group, pain was relieved, the average wound healing timewas 22.0±4.6 days and the scar formation rate was 20%; while in SD-Ag Cream group, the average wound healing timewas 24.4±6.6 days and the scar forming rate was 80%. Conclusion: MEBO was superior to SD-Ag Cream in treatingfacial deep second degree burn wounds.
